With that philosophy, Michael starts each of his days full of creative energy. He boldly channels his passion through variety of media with wonderful combinations of colors, curvatures, and shapes. His designs are handcrafted in McLean, Virginia.

He has been on a long journey to finally follow his passion for arts --- engineer turned marketer turned designer. As someone who is inspired by the “inner vibrancy” of the women in his life, he is determined to create jewelry that is vibrant, affordable, and socially conscious --- his three principal design guidelines. Colorful XOcandy line and eco-friendly XOgreen line are affordable and perfect accessories for women in the present socioeconomic climate.

Jewelry from his company, XOvivo, is making a big hit and expanding in the Washington, D.C. area with stores such as Anacostia Art Gallery & Boutique, Art & Soul, and As Kindred Spirits in Washington DC; Caviar & Cobwebs, Hickory Stick, Lipstick Lounge, Now and Then, Strathmore Hall Arts Center, Visarts Too!, and The Waygoose in Maryland; and Artcraft Collection, Artisans, C.I.S. Sportyswear, Collectable Treasures, Elements, Imagine, and Laughing Dog in Virginia.

Michael designs three main lines: XOcandy - designed with vibrant colors and beautiful lines that represent true inner beauty of women, and the positive energy inspired by the vibrancy of women; XOgreen - formed with recycled material as a reminder that we can all contribute our little shares to make difference in keeping our environment healthy; and XOsculpt - masterfully crafted sterling silver collection based on his sculptures.
